Ms. Taylor Kautz
Grades 2-3 – Teacher
Taylor Kautz is an enthusiastic and dedicated elementary educator who is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging classrooms where every student feels supported and inspired to learn. She completed her Bachelor of Education with a specialization in elementary education and humanities. Taylor brings extensive hands-on practicum experience across Kindergarten to Grade 6.
Taylor has a particular interest in literacy development and social-emotional learning, integrating evidence-based strategies to support student well-being and academic success. Her experience includes developing SEL-focused lessons aligned with CASEL competencies, implementing formative and summative assessments, and adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
Through her classroom experiences and work in early childhood settings, Taylor has developed strong skills in lesson planning, assessment, and fostering positive learning environments. She is committed to supporting both the academic and personal growth of her students, helping them become confident, capable learners.
